MOOSE
This beautiful shepherd was named Moose by his foster
mom. His rescue from a lousy environment and too much
confinement shows in his neglect. Yet, being the typical
good shepherd, his ability to recover and show love,
affection, and loyalty is emerging everyday. He is not
only enjoying the freedom of rolling in the grass,
taking leisurely walks, but also being playful with the
other dogs in the home. His silliness and friendly smile
will keep you in a constant laughing mood. There are
still moments when Moose is shy and meeting new
folks can be a challenge. He seems to prefer women and
a quiet home would make Moose the happiest companion to
the right family. |

She is one of our newest arrivals. This sweet
"little" shepherd mix will melt your heart with her
smiles and cuddles. And she is little! At 48lbs

the perfect Pocket Shepherd. She loves to play

is not about to get lost again and find herself in
some scary shelter. Olive will do well in a home
where she is the princess and not have to share with
other dogs or cats. She is spayed, vaccinated, and
micro chipped. She is waiting to hear from you to

Meet adorable Annie, a delightful
medium size shepherd mix. As in the
musical, Annie was found as a stray, an
“orphan”. She was brought to a local
animal hospital by a stranger for
medical needs, and was found to be
“HEART WORM POSITIVE”. They were
not willing to put up the expense for
this treatment and looked for a rescue
or adopter to take her. Simply
Shepherds Rescue has committed to
putting her into foster care and going
forward with her treatment for
heartworm.

LEXI
ADOPTED
|
This girl is not only gorgeous with her fine line features,
wavy coat, and nice medium size frame, she also has a
fantastic personality that will win every heart that meets
her. Lexi found herself in a home with other dogs that
picked on her. Yet in her foster home, she is very
comfortable with the other shepherds she is now living
with. She is very well mannered in the home and content
with playing with her toys. She is good with all folks and
children, just a bit leery of strangers (unless they have
treats!!). This young girl has great potential and still a
lot of learning. So if you are ready for games of fetch, or
jogging, or hide n seek, let us know by sending in your
application to meet this beauty.

DAVY
|
This handsome young male of 18 months is one delightful
shepherd. And yes he is all boy!
He loves to pick up his water/food bowls when they are empty
and throw them in the air and make lots of noise. He will
steal towels or shoes and then run for you to chase him.
Davy gets along with the other dogs in the house and is
respectful of the older dogs. He was raised with children,
but never taught how a proper shepherd should conduct
himself. He will need to go to a home with older kids and
definitely classes for training. He loves all sorts of
folks, especially for rub downs or belly rubs. He has a soft
mouth for treats and very eager to learn. Davy is
up-to-date on shots, micro-chipped and neutered. If you
have a place in your heart. contact us about this wonderful
guy.
